Why virtual conferences?
In light of the current Covid-19 situation, virtual conferences are a good solution for communicating to an online audience without a physical gathering. There's nothing quite like meeting face to face. However, current restrictions and the legitimate concern for public health mean thinking about new ways of doing things- at least in the short term.
What will my audience experience?
The conference would be accessed online be your audience via the click of a button. What’s more, it can have professional quality audio and video as well as slides, graphics and video content- and could even be recorded for people to watch "on-demand". Some form of audience participation can be included so that your audience can ask questions.
How can this be achieved?
There are a number of bespoke solutions available. Alongside other professionals I can handle the technical design and production of the virtual conference. Depending on the situation at the time, this could all be executed from a single or multiple home studio setups- or a socially distanced studio space. Any lockdown or social distancing measures can be followed-ensuring safety of anyone is a top priority.
